Dr. Thibeault provides consultation to professionals and both psychological assessment and therapy to individuals, couples, and groups from a range of ages, ethnocultural backgrounds and life circumstances in inpatient and outpatient capacities. He draws from experience in medical, research, education, cooperative partnerships, and program and leadership development. Settings include places like UCSD, UNC Greensboro, Veterans Affairs, Sharp HealthCare, Center for Creative Leadership, Teach For America, and public/private schools and colleges.
Dr. Thibeault incorporates research-based practices and tailors services to meet the unique needs of his clientele. He works with persons from a variety of sectors such as healthcare, technology, education, and leadership as well as veterans, parents, and students. Additional professional experience includes education, leadership, executive coaching, and program development.
Dr. Thibeault provides an encouraging environment to sharpen skills and enhance insight while respecting strengths, struggles, and values. Clients say they appreciate his conscientiousness, easy-going nature, and balance of humor and professionalism. He currently works as a psychologist in healthcare and private practice and also as adjunct faculty. He enjoys travel, music, and outdoor activities with family and friends.
